Thank you so much for supporting us and Crossover Division #7!
For returning agents, thank you for coming back and supporting us again, and for all you new recruits, Welcome to Crossover Division!
Now that the campaign has ended, it's time to move into the next phase of the project, completing the colors and lettering, printing, getting the rewards together, and fulfillment. It's probably a good idea to discuss the timeline and what you can expect when you're expecting...your rewards.
Yeah, this is me explaining things.
Before we jump into that, though, let's thank the amazing team of artists that made this issue possible. You should follow all of them on social media to keep up with everything they are working on.
Now, back to Crossover Division #7. First, 96.55% of pledges have been successfully processed by Kickstarter.
That's freakin' awesome!
Still, that leaves 6 backers whose pledges have errored in some way, but don't worry if this happens to you. It's a simple fix, and usually just means your credit card info with Kickstarter is not up to date. To update your payment information, simply log into Kickstarter and update your account (Kickstarter will also send you an email to fix this). Please resolve those pledges ASAP, otherwise Kickstarter will cancel your pledge.
I've also just sent you a message via Kickstarter to let you know.
Now, on to the timeline.
It will be around 2 weeks until Kickstarter releases the funds. During this time, I'll be verifying quotes and getting all the rewards together. Pablo is finished with the art for the issue, and Ryan and Brant will start working on the colors and the lettering soon. Once they are done, we'll send the files to our printer. Printing should take about 4 weeks, but that is a best guess. I'll certainly keep you in the loop as we move through the production process. After everything is printed, I'll get the books shipped to me, and then begin fulfillment. Currently, shipping books to all you wonderful backers is scheduled for the first week of February...assuming we don't hit any snags in the process.
I'll send out surveys via BackerKit in the coming weeks so that I can get your preferred names to list in the Crossover Division #7 PDF Thank You Page.
I will move to monthly updates probably on Friday nights starting November 28th. If you're interested, I also publish a weekly newsletter on Monday nights, called The Midnight Hour. You can sign-up here (https://bit.ly/2gW4LfJ), and you can follow me on Bluesky at @wallred.bsky.social.
As always, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me via Kickstarter or e-mail at [email protected].
Thank you all again for believing in us and Crossover Division and giving us your support and trust.
